REQUIREMENTS
The minimum age to access the activity is 10 years accompanied by a legal guardian.
Know how to swim.
Arrive 15 minutes before the activity.
Come with enough time: the length represents the total activity time (from loading to unloading).
It is strictly forbidden to bring backpacks, mobile phones, glasses, necklaces, earrings, bracelets, etc. on board. Lockers are available, categorized by activity, in each private area of the port; our team will provide you with all the necessary instructions.
Eagerness and happiness is a must ;)
PICKUP POINT
Our waiting area and meeting point is at Playa del Arenal, in our boarding office.

The access is through the beach and it is not adapted for wheelchairs.
Please be at the boarding area 15 minutes before departure.
Customers are required to arrive 15 minutes before the activity.
Customers will forfeit any right to a refund or reimbursement if they fail to appear at the meeting point at the designated time on the day of the activity, or if they voluntarily leave the route once it has begun.
Routes and activity schedules may be affected by weather and/or technical issues, or even canceled, without any right to compensation.
Backpacks, mobile phones, glasses, necklaces, earrings, bracelets, etc., are strictly prohibited on board this activity.
Cancel conditions
The client can cancel his reservation up to 24 hours in advance.
The routes and schedules of the activities may be affected for meteorological and/or technical reasons, or even be suspended, without the right to any compensation.
The skipper of the boat will be the one who makes the decision to accept or reject the client for safety reasons in the activity (build/age, weather, disability or pregnancy).
